Emergency appointments are arranged within 24 hours and usually much sooner.
When we are closed
If you contact us out of hours, we will make arrangements for you to see a dentist if necessary, within 24 hours. This may not be your regular dentist.
If you are not a 1st-Impressions.dental Plan member, there is a charge for re-opening the practice and you will have to pay the cost of any treatment. (What are your charges?)
Please bring a friend or relative with you. We may be unable to see you out of hours if you are unaccompanied.
If you cannot attend the practice
If you are a 1st-Impressions.dental Plan member and more than 15 miles from the practice, ring 0800 525631 (0044 1747 820841 from abroad) for assistance with getting temporary emergency treatment from a local dentist. Please pay the emergency dentist and apply for a refund using the claim form in your membership pack.
If you are not a Plan member, you will need to find a local dentist and any charges will not be refundable.
