PAYMENT
Your quotation is fixed providing we commence treatment within a month. If your treatment changes for any reason, we promise to tell you and get your agreement before proceeding further. Your attendance for treatment implies your consent and agreement to pay the total fees due on request. All treatment is invoiced when booked, and payable by 5pm one clear working day in advance. If you do not pay, your appointment will be cancelled. If you pay but do not attend without giving us one clear working day’s notice, you will be charged as if you had attended.
We accept cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Amex, Maestro and Visa Electron. Interest is added to outstanding accounts at the rate of 2 per cent per month.
Notes
All patients must be examined before treatment. This is a requirement of the General Dental Council. (A patient cannot consent to treatment without having all the options explained to them. Your options cannot be determined without an examination, therefore any treatment done without an examination is done without consent).
