NHS

We do not provide NHS treatment. For a list of NHS dentists click here.

IF YOU CHANGE DENTISTS

There is no need to request your records to be forwarded. If your new dentist would like a copy of your records they will request them from us. We may contact you for your agreement. This service is FREE. If we need them, we can request your records and x-rays from your previous dentist with your consent, however this may take weeks or they may not respond. You can request your records and x-rays using a Subject Access Request (See ‘If you want a copy of your records’ below).

IF YOU WANT A COPY OF YOUR RECORDS

Quality

Your treatment is carried out to the highest standards, using modern materials and techniques. At 1st-Impressions we only use tooth-coloured filling materials as we are a mercury-free practice. We look after your comfort and safety.

Our clinical staff have a commitment to ongoing postgraduate education to keep them up to date and we regard constantly improving our skills as an important part of delivering a first class service.

Our metal dentures, crowns and bridgework are carried out by laboratories that have achieved BS5750/ISO9002 and our metal denture castings are guaranteed by the manufacturers for five years.
