Titanium implants can be placed in your jaw to replace a lost tooth root. Once it has integrated (which takes about three months), it can support a crown, bridge or denture. There are many different implant systems available and when competently used they can all deliver a highly reliable form of tooth replacement.

Implants are particularly suitable if:

• You have one tooth missing but an otherwise healthy mouth

• Your dentures are too loose but nothing further can be done

• You do not want to wear a removable denture

• You did not lose your teeth too long ago

Once fitted, an implant provides the foundation for the long-term support of crowns, bridges or dentures enabling you to bite, chew and look like you have natural teeth.

How much does an implant cost?

Note: Some other fees (for example for examination/diagnosis or 3D scanning may apply in addition to the cost of the implant. These will be advised in advance. The implant/crown offer does not include bone grafting or sinus lifting or x-rays/scans carried out elsewhere.
